  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

  • Email us at partyperfectkits@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom party kits cannot be returned.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for returns.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
